PrimeSurface cultureware are ultra low attachment (ULA) dishes and plates that promote scaffold free, self assembly of spheroid formation. The plates are pre-coated with unique ultra hydrophilic polymer that enables spontaneous spheroid formation of uniform size and shape. The ULA plates have high optical clarity making them highly suitable for bright field imaging and confocal microscopy. In addition to the widely used 96 well U bottom plate, 96 well plates are also available in V and M bottom, giving scientists a choice to form tighter spheroids that are needed for specific cell types. For high throughput screening (HTS) needs, 384 well plates are available in clear and white.

COMPLETE Anaerobic Tubes, 18 x 150mm, Supplied with 20mm Blue Butyl Rubber Stopper and Aluminum Seal. Chemglass Life Sciences’ “Balch-type” tubes are modified versions of screw thread Hungate tubes. They feature component parts designed and engineered to maximize the effective seal between the walls of the tubes and the stoppers, providing a gas-tight seal for improved stability. The special formulation of our blue, chlorobutyl rubber stoppers are heavier than septa and more capable of withstanding repeated piercings with syringes. A visibly crimped aluminum seal is also more secure than a screw thread cap that may or may not have been tightened completely. Disposable glass tubes measure 18 x 150mm and are made from Type I, Class B borosilicate glass. Complete item consists of 100 each of disposable glass tubes, blue chlorobutyl stoppers and aluminum seals.
